  • Unwashed and free of stains, perfume, or damage
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Gift cards

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for clothing items if you need a different size or color. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund (if applicable).

Jewelry exchanges are allowed only for bracelets, necklaces, or rings, not earrings.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of:

  • The item
  • Packaging
  • Any visible damage

We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VIVA Curve Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Items returned worn or damaged
    • Packages sent without authorization
    • Non-returnable items

6. Store Credit

If preferred, we can issue store credit for the value of your returned item. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchases.
